Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse produces fine artisanal cheeses from 100% grass-fed raw milk. We also bake rustic wood-fired breads and pastries on the farm. The farm store is open 6 days per week, and we offer tours on Sunday mornings at 10 am. In 2024, we have Music and Farm to Table Picnics scheduled for June 9, June 30, July 21, and August 18. We also offer classes in cheesemaking and bread baking . Schedule and registration information is on our website, http://shop.cowsoutside.com. PLEASE NOTE: we do not sell raw milk, butter, or other fresh dairy products, pursuant to NJ state law. We do offer internships in grazing, cheesemaking, and baking: apply by email, stating your interests and please provide a resume and three references.
