Visit hundreds of newborn lambs, see cheese-making, milking of hundreds of sheep and goats at one of the largest sheep dairies in the country. Over 700 animals are miked daily at Valley Shepherd and over 30 types of cheese are produced and aged on site. The gourmet store offers hundreds of specialty items including fresh breads from NYC, jams, charcuterie, pasta and many condiments to go with your cheese plate.
