Farm Description
Our farm has been owned and operated by the Etsch family for 75 years, with 4 generations watching agriculture change in New Jersey. Whether it has been potatoes, green beans, beef or corn, our barns have been filled with farmers and stories, shaping a part of Monroe Township's history. Fueled by memories of hours with Grandpop and his dad Roy, in the truck to market, Jim added a retail hay and straw operation to their grain business after graduating from Cook College. With the help of his wife and two sons, making hay is still a family operation. In 2006, spurred on by friends, our Corn Maze was born. Located on Route 522 between Jamesburg and Englishtown, our 8 acre corn maze supplies family fun during weekends in September and October.

Corn Maze hours: Weekends September through October: Sat. and Sun. noon-6 pm, open Columbus Day, weekdays by appointment Hay, Straw and Grain: M-F 8:30am - 5pm; Sat 8:30am - 12 pm
